Philip earned his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at San Antonio and later received his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s School of Law. Before attending law school, he discovered his passion for helping others while clerking at Riley & Riley, a family-owned law firm where he gained valuable experience in civil law — including personal injury, real estate, and estate matters.
Today, Philip represents clients throughout the state of Texas. He defends individuals accused of crimes — from misdemeanors to felonies — and assists families with probate cases, will preparation, and end-of-life planning.
